These Terms and Conditions govern your use of CheeryChimp.com (the "Website"). By accessing or playing games on our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website.

1. Website Purpose and Structure

Our Website is a platform offering free, casual games for personal entertainment. To keep things simple and safe:

• Accounts Are Optional: You do not need to register or create an account to play. If you wish, you may sign in with a Google account so that your progress is kept across your devices (see Section 2).

• No User Communication: There are no chat rooms, forums, or messaging systems. We do not facilitate user-to-user interaction.

2. Optional Accounts and Saved Progress

Signing in is a convenience and is never required. If you choose to sign in, the following applies:

• Signing In: You sign in with a Google account. We do not issue passwords. You are responsible for keeping your Google account and your devices secure, and for what is done on the Website while your account is signed in. If a device is lost or you forget to sign out of a shared computer, use "Sign out everywhere" on your Dashboard.
• Age: You must be at least 13 years old to sign in. Anyone younger is welcome to play without signing in.
• Saved Progress: Games may save your progress to your account so that it is available on your other devices. We work to keep it safe, but we do not guarantee that saved progress will always be available or preserved, and a game may change in a way that makes an older save unusable. You can download a copy of what your account has saved from the Storage page.
• Badges and Learning Progress: Saved progress includes the counts your badges are worked out from, the badges you have earned, and, for our learning games, how well each skill is going. Badges are for fun and carry no prize or value. Learning progress is an estimate made from the answers given in our games, to help choose what to practise next; it is not a test, grade, or professional educational assessment, and should not be relied on as one.
• Game Reminders: If you turn them on, some games can send a reminder to your devices when something in the game is ready. Reminders are optional and can be turned off at any time on your Dashboard or in your browser's settings. We do not guarantee that a reminder will arrive, or arrive on time.
• Limits: We place reasonable limits on how much an account may save and how often it may sync. Anything beyond those limits stays on your device and is not saved to your account.
• Inactive Accounts: An account that has not been used for six months is deleted, together with everything saved in it. Progress saved on your own devices is not affected.
• Deleting Your Account: You may delete your account at any time from your Dashboard. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Suspension and Changes: We may suspend or close an account that is used in violation of these Terms or in a way that harms the Website or other people. We may also change, limit, or discontinue accounts and syncing at any time.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, including but not limited to the games, graphics, text, logos, user interfaces, and underlying code, is the property of CheeryChimp.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the games on our Website.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or republish our games on other websites or platforms without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Website or any games.
• Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices.

4. Acceptable Use
